After seeing how expensive American Girl Doll clothes were, I decided that I would have to make my daughter's dolls outfits at home. Once mom's of her friends saw how cute my daughter's outfits were, they asked me if I could make their daughter a few custom ones. Thus started Camelot's Treasures.

I pride myself in providing customers with cute outfits that are easy to play with and durable. I understand how tough children can be on their toys, so ensure that my clothes are made for durability and longevity. And no 2 outfits are every EXACTLY alike!

Why "Camelot's Treasures?" It's corny, but I used my name (Guinivere) as inspiration and it works.

On a personal note: I am a bit of a vagabond. I have lived all over the country (CA, KY, IL, TN, NC, VA, and ME) and haven't stopped moving. I'd like to think it's because I haven't found the perfect "home" yet. And I believe that this has made me a well-rounded person. I hope that I leave a great impression on the people that I meet through my journeys, and give them a taste of what life is like in different parts of the country.
I am married with 2 crazy kids - girl and boy. I am very involved with my daughter's Girl Scout troop and service unit.
Having a stay-at-home business like this, is an ideal situation for our family. We are a military family, so it's easy to pick up and move and still be able to have a bit of a supplemental income. And it's definitely a gratifying one - I love the feeling I experience after finishing up the last detail of a dress, and looking at the dolls model them.
